R Property is a privately owned, boutique property development firm specializing in luxury infill, residential land, investment-grade spec housing and small-scale industrial projects. We pride ourselves on our ability to identify sites and create addresses that further enhance the locale that they are situated in whilst implementing innovative designs and practices within each project. All of our projects have been delivered on time and within budget alongside our previous purchasers experiencing capital growth upon resale. We aim to create win-win outcomes for all our stakeholders and project partners by working collaboratively and transparently at all times.   

R Property was born in 2021 from a desire to create a nimble, forward-thinking, hands-on and ever-evolving property development firm. R Property focuses on forging long-term partnerships with landowners, authorities, consultants, contractors, financiers, capital partners, and sales channels in addition to repeat buyers. To date, R Property has watched this vision come to life and strives daily to solidify it.  

Based on the Gold Coast; R Property exclusively focuses on the South-East Queensland market. Having worked within the Gold Coast City, Sunshine Coast Regional, Moreton Bay City, Brisbane City, Logan City and Toowoomba Regional Councils', our experience is peerless. Over the years we have nurtured favorable relationships with the authorities and residents of these locations due to our holistic approach to development alongside our commitment to crafting spaces and places that will stand the test of time. Focusing solely on these locations provides us with the ability to quickly and accurately identify sites and create addresses that will stand the test of time whilst continually having our finger on the pulse of the ever-changing property landscape.
